Role Overview: We are seeking a motived LVN or RN with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team! Sign-on Bonus: Full-time $1,000.00 30 hours or more a week Part-time $500.00 minimum of 20 hours a week Schedule: Full-Time 30 hours or more / Part-Time 29 hours or less Days/Nights/Weekends Key Responsibilities: Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
