Job Description As a Security Officer Defense Facility in Bethel, CT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Prol Officer supporting a dynamic locion where you will conduct routine prols, remain visible to help discourage security-reled incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communicion. Position Type: Full Time Pay Re: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue07:30 AM - 03:30 PMWed07:30 AM - 03:30 PMThur07:30 AM - 03:30 PMFri07:30 AM - 03:30 PM Wh You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and/or approprie emergency response activities the locion. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting observions to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random prols throughout buildings, operional areas, and perimeter locions to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify entry authorizion for employees, visitors, and/or contractors in accordance with site protocols. Communice clearly with site personnel, visitors, and/or first responders while supporting order and following post instructions for an unarmed prol assignment. Minimum Requirements: A ste, county, or city issued security-reled license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
