The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, operating, and supervising CNC machines to fabricate precision parts according to specifications. Responsible for three- and four- and some five-axis milling. In charge of your own group, doing your own programming, set-up, and operation alongside working with your operators. The CNC Machinist will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Extremely flexible hours. Responsibilities Program, set up, operate, and supervise CNC milling machines and other related equipment to produce high-quality components. (Notably Fanuc Machines) Interpret technical drawings and specifications, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications. Create your own material and tool lists Operate completely independently and with your own team of operators
