Responsibilities Work with senior recruiters to manage culture and develop a strategy to attract, retain and source top talent in a highly competitive environment. Coordination of the recruiting resources and technology. Participate in the recruiting process of candidates and then help develop processes and tools for our team of recruiters. Liaison with university career centers and technology platforms to identify and attract academic candidates. Promote and raise awareness of Trexquant at schools, online and elsewhere to attract talent by marketing and other automated efforts. Requirements 3+ years in a campus recruiter role ideally cultivating technical or financial quant talent in an automated environment. Undergraduate degree ideally in a technology field. Good people skills and able to communicate efficiently with technologists. Self-starter able to work in an unstructured environment with shifting priorities. Amazing Athletes is the premier, sports-based enrichment program in the country. We are looking to grow our team in Connecticut. Amazing Athletes offers Coaches flexible schedules, a pathway for growth and development and a chance to work with and inspire youths. Classes range from 30-45 minutes (plus 15 minutes setup/breakdown.) You will teach the basic fundamentals of 10 different sports following each week's Amazing Athletes curricula to ages 18 months to 6 years old. Our coaches will begin with training in the Amazing Athletes methods, executing demonstrations in various childcare centers in the territory, starting new classes, enrolling students and looking to consistently grow classes. We are seeking experienced, FUN, energetic, early-childhood teachers and coaches to join our program, You will be the face of the company!
