Summary: This role involves comprehensive grounds care and handyman tasks, vehicle maintenance, and garage cleaning for a private family, with provided training and occasional event support. Highlights: 1. Comprehensive grounds care and handyman responsibilities 2. Vehicle washing and care, garage cleaning 3. Training provided for all tasks UHNW Family looking to hire an experienced groundskeeper in the German Village area. Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license, no smoking, must be presentable and have the ability to communicate well. Must be able to drive a manual transmission. Some tech ability is required. Hours are from 8:30am to 12:30, 5 days a week. No gardening involved but care of the grounds and handyman work is an everyday activity along with washing and care of the vehicles and cleaning of the garage. Training will be provided.
