Position Summary: We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to take lead on our Large Projects Remodel program. This opportunity will have you interacting with the largest grocery, big box and convenient store retailers in the country, overseeing the remodels and renovations of stores throughout the country. You will be leading teams to successful completion of projects from start to finish. This work is fast paced, detailed-oriented and customer focused. The Project Manager will be accountable for ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget, and to the maximum satisfaction of all customers. This position is an in office position and will be based in the Lancaster, Ohio office. Not a hybrid or remote role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long term, working relationships with customers, subcontractors, team members, and other agencies. Plan and implement remodel construction projects up to $3M. Utilize strong estimation skills to bid and win projects. Direct and lead the work of superintendents, subcontractors and construction project staff. Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met. Create, monitor & maintain project schedule. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Work directly with clients to make sure they are informed of project needs and timescales. Create scope of work assignments. Health, safety, environmental & quality control. Maintain project communication protocol between project team. Ability to travel to projects as needed. Connectivity Manager

The Connectivity Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of network infrastructure, structured cabling, and low-voltage systems implementation on a hyperscale data center construction project. This role ensures seamless integration between construction, IT, and commissioning teams while managing subcontractors and vendors responsible for delivering connectivity systems. Key Responsibilities • Manage the design, installation, testing, and turnover of structured cabling, fiber optics, and related low-voltage systems. • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including the general contractor, client representatives, MEP teams, and commissioning agents, to align connectivity requirements with construction milestones. • Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for connectivity scopes, including sequencing with other trades and critical path activities. • Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with client standards. • Support troubleshooting, change management, and risk mitigation related to connectivity infrastructure. • Prepare reports and updates for project leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. • Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and handover of all connectivity systems. Requirements • Hyperscale/data center experience (structured cabling, fiber, low-voltage) • Strong vendor/subcontractor management and MEP coordination • Familiarity with TIA/EIA, BICSI standards; RCDD preferred • BICSI RCDD certification or equivalent credentials. • Experience with hyper scale client standards (Meta, Google, Microsoft, etc.). • Background in commissioning or QA/QC processes for connectivity systems. • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.). • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 7+ years of experience managing connectivity/low-voltage scopes on large-scale construction projects, preferably hyper scale data centers or mission-critical facilities. • Strong understanding of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI) and best practices. • Experience working with major connectivity vendors and subcontractors in data center environments. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and submittals. • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills with a proven ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing risks and challenges. • Familiarity with construction safety protocols and commitment to a safe jobsite environment.

We are looking to build our subcontractor network of field professionals in Ohio specializing in Environmental and Property Condition Assessments. In this role, you will be instrumental in working alongside our full-time staff to investigate and report assessment work of both environmental conditions and physical property conditions for various projects across the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity in the commercial real estate due diligence industry. Responsibilities Conduct and write dual-scope(ESA/PCA) assignments, integrating environmental site assessments(Phase I's) and property condition assessments(PCAs). Provide solid recommendations and solutions to the BLEW Managing Directors and employees while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process. Oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle. Conduct site visits and lead fieldwork activities as necessary. Complete research (historical, regulatory, etc.). Communicate with BLEW employees and subject site representatives. Conduct appropriate site reconnaissance. Data compilation and organization. Prepare quality supporting documentation (site figures, appendices, etc.). Other tasks, as assigned by the BLEW Managing Director, are associated with the report deliverable schedule and plan. Requirements Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in environmental assessments and property condition assessments.
