Opportunity to learn high-end finishing from the ground up. 🪵 High-End Custom Cabinet Crew - Small Shop, Big Standards (Dripping Springs) We build high-end residential cabinetry for some of the coolest homes in Austin. We’re a small, tight-knit team that actually gives a shit about what we produce. We’re professionals, but we don’t do the "corporate" thing. We’re a group of authentic, hard-working people who love the craft and enjoy showing up to the shop every day. The Roles We’re Filling: Panel Saw Operator: You’re the first line of precision. You need to be organized, detail-obsessed, and accountable. Experience with a vertical panel saw is great, but if you’re hungry to learn, we’ll train the right person. Starting at $20–$25+/hr (DOE) Cabinet Finish Lead / Spray Booth Operator: This is for the pro. You’ll be spraying conversion varnish, lacquers, and high-gloss urethanes. You should know your way around airless/air-assisted guns and custom finishes (stains, Rubio, bleaching). You’ll run the booth and help keep the flow of the shop moving. Have related finishing experience (i.e. Auto Body repair/refinishing)? Let's chat! Starting at $22–$30+/hr (DOE) Cabinet Finish Apprentice: No experience? No problem. If you have a high attention to detail and want to learn the art of high-end finishing from the ground up, we’ll pay you to learn. Starting at $17+/hr (DOE) The Logistics: Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Location: Our shop is in Dripping Springs. Pay & Perks: - We do real employment (W2, not 1099) with paid overtime. - Health Insurance available at 60 days. - Retirement Plan, Paid Sick & Vacation available after 1 year. *** Are You Our People?
