Job Description Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Officer - TS/SCI Required. At Allied Universal, a Security Officer - TS/SCI Required is entrusted with sensitive informion and given the responsibility to protect classified informion and personnel. As a Cleared Security Officer, you'll receive specialized training in site-specific security protocols associed with your clearance level, allowing for skill development and professional growth in the security field.   Locion: Centennial, CO Pay : $40.00 an hour Security Clearance Type: Active TS/SCI - Current Shifts: Staurday - Sunday 0000-1200 & Friday 1600-0000, Surday - Sunday 1200-0000   This role includes controlling access to the facility by verifying identificion, issuing badges, and maintaining visitor logs, as well as monitoring entry and exit points to ensure overall site security. The officer will perform routine foot and/or vehicle prols to detect and report suspicious activity, provide front desk support by greeting visitors and assisting employees and guests, and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner. Qualified candides must possess an active TS/SCI Clearance.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and informion with professionalism Conduct prols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified informion Greet guests and employees and escorts visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders; reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communicion to client and/or other security personnel Respond to and assesses security alarms or emergency alarms Act as a first responder in emergency situions QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE): Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) position approprie level security clearance (nional security eligibility determinions take into account a person's stability, trustworthiness, reliability, discretion, character, honesty, and judgment) Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment Must possess one or more of the following: Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site Prior military experience Effective written and oral communicion and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service skills Intermedie computer skills to opere innovive, wireless technology client specific sites PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE): Prior law enforcement or armed security experience Associe's degree or higher In Criminal Justice, Business, or a reled field BENEFITS: Participe in company's retirement plans Schedules th fit with your personal life goals Ongoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities Employee discounts through our perks program to your favorite restaurants, entertainment venues and much more Closing Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
