Wh You Can Expect: Greet vendors, customers, client employee’s, client, and aid as needed. Conduct internal foot prol when needed to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violions, blocked ingress and egress, mechanical problems, unauthorized persons, inspects grounds using approprie equipment and protective gear.  Monitor entrance/exits and provide guidance to customers, and/or vendors.    Complete daily activity (DAR), incident reports and logs via Securitas and client systems. Provide an mosphere in which all customers, client employees, client, and Management know their needs are being met.  Present a good image to client, public, and Management.  Operes in a calm manner and directs persons who cause disruption to leave property. Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigions; sets up barriers and signage, and provides direction or informion to others.  Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client, Company Management, or public safety authorities as approprie for the circumstances and/or as required by the site. Acts to ensure th all property removal is conducted within approprie policy requirements and in accord with client standards. Carries out specific tasks and duties of similar nure and scope as required for assigned site. Basic Requirements: 18 years of age or older.  High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.   Must have gre tention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.  Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use approprie escalion. All candides must be willing to participe in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigion.  Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Approprie I9 Identificions. Willingness to travel 25-30 miles to and from work.  Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. Understands the nure of customer service and interactions with the public. Must have Swing or Grave shift availability. Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Conflict resolution and de-escalion skills a plus.  Must be able to interact with and greet customers, client employees, or client in a positive manner, while maintaining excellent customer service. Intermedie computer/technology skills needed to ensure completion of daily activity reports, and logs via handheld devices. Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communicion skills to assist vendors, public, client, and Office Management. Must be open to communicion and feedback from client, and Office Management.  Must be able to adhere to 15 minute, and lunch breaks. Must be able to work in a team environment to ensure site/organizional goals are achieved daily. Must be able to remain organized and professional. Must be able to learn and adhere to security operions. Must provide high quality customer service in-person, and radio. Must have a personal vehicle due to assignment locions and shift. Must be able to obtain Colorado Springs Guard Card license and maintain it every year.  Must be able to tend in-person interview, and in-person oriention in Colorado Springs if hired.
