Pay Re: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeS08:00 AM - 05:00 PMSun08:00 AM - 05:00 PMHow This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designed site and weekly shift th serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling plform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candides seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and when approprie, emergency response activities a government locion. Perform armed prol duties throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locions to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and reporting security-reled concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random prols while monitoring access points, checking for irregularities, and assisting with security-reled investigions and/or response efforts as needed. Minimum Requirements: Have least 1 year of armed security-reled, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Be least 21 years of age. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
