Requirements Experience from entry-level up to 5 years is welcome. High school diploma or GED required; 2-year HVAC certificate or Universal Refrigeration Certification preferred forhigher-level technicians. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MRP or rental software is a plus. Must pass a DOT physical and drug test to operate company vehicles. Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) required. Willingness to undergo a background check prior to employment. Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds. Strong mechanical knowledge, effective communication skills, and customer service focus. Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
