Point is a multidisciplinary firm that offers site and design services for Landscape Architecture, Surveying and Civil Engineering. We are a small business located near the intersection of Wadsworth Boulevard and Ken Caryl Avenue in Littleton, Colorado. Point’s projects include commercial, retail, hospitality, residential and others that can range in size from small pad lots to large master development. Our work is mostly focused within the Front Range but takes us elsewhere depending on the opportunity. Civil Engineer-Experienced (PE) Some of the responsibilities include: • Creating proposals and Managing Clients • Working with municipalities and agencies to obtain approval of documents. • Designing utility layouts • Preparing Civil Engineering Reports • Utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D for design • Managing workloads and other individuals Required qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Professional Engineer (PE) • Experience with computer applications; AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology modeling, MHFD Software, etc. Civil Engineer Designer (EIT) Some of the responsibilities include: • Working on municipality and agency comments to complete documents • Drafting utility layouts • Drafting Civil Engineering Reports • Utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D for design Required qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Engineer in Training (EIT) • Experience with computer applications; Microsoft office and AutoCAD Civil 3D, etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Relocation assistance • Retirement plan • Vision insurance License/Certification: • EIT Certification or PE License (Required) Ability to Commute: • Littleton, CO 80128 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Littleton, CO 80128: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
