Core Responsibilities • Work Order Resolution: Respond to and resolve resident repair requests for plumbing, electrical, and structural issues within 24 to 48 hours. • Apartment Turnovers (Make-Readies): Repair, paint, patch drywall, and update vacant units to ensure they meet property standards before new tenants move in. • Systems Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, or replace household appliances, basic electrical fixtures, water heaters, and leaky pipes. • HVAC Upkeep: Conduct seasonal maintenance, replace air filters, and troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions. • Preventative Care: Perform routine inspections of buildings, roofs, and shared common areas to identify and resolve safety hazards early • Emergency Response: Participate in an on-call after-hours rotation to handle urgent property emergencies like gas leaks, floods, or major system failures.
