Bookkeeper wanted for Elinoff Gallery. We've been in business for 34 years and our current bookkeeper of many years has taken a new position and needs to hand off this job to another. This is about 10 hours/week currently and includes payroll and associated forms every two weeks for 4 employees, ATM data input, monthly sales tax filings for the gallery and our short term rentals and bookkeeping research and other, minor activities. We pay $40/hr for someone with very good quickbooks experience and you can work from wherever you are, but we'd like to have you come to Telluride at our expense for a weekend orientation and to work with the owner and the current bookkeeper.

Our well-established, regional law firm requires a "full charge" bookkeeper. Payroll is out-sourced but requires some assembly of data for the vendor; general ledger and about six checking accounts require daily input and activities. Management reporting throughout the month, customized reports tracking various data assembled into spreadsheet reports. Interaction with some vendors and management of recurrent expenses which are auto-debited. Reconciliation of bank accounts and regular general ledger reporting for outside audit and review by CPAs. Some work on supplies and inventories. The job is likely 25 hours per week --- five hours per day, but may be full time depending on services provided and law firm growth. Full time (35+ hours per week) comes with benefits to be discussed including medical. Free parking. The Position Our bank client is seeking to fill a Commercial Portfolio Manager role in the Boulder, CO area. This selected candidate will be responsible for independently managing a Commercial Loan portfolio. The candidate will manage, acquire, and deepen a portfolio of new and existing profitable lending relationships, with a greater emphasis on maintaining a larger lending portfolio of the Bank’s existing clients. Commercial Portfolio Manager responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of commercial clients including monitoring loan covenants and structuring loan proposals. Underwriting and originating of new credits from existing and/or new customers including renewals, modifications, and annual reviews. Making appropriate loan structure recommendations. Spreading, analyzing, and reviewing financial conditions, income sources, and collateral coverage of borrowers including corporations, partnerships, sole proprietors, and individuals. Collecting updated borrower financial information in accordance with periodic reporting requirements and completing scheduled loan reviews. Preparing loan presentation write-ups for management and loan committee approvals.
