Pay: $32 - $38 an hour Benefits: 1st day benefits (medical/dental/vision/401k) Vacion Time: 2 weeks paid vacion per year, 1st year prored to start de.   The Opportunity: Performs routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair procedures on electrical and mechanical systems involving production equipment and plant systems including PLCs.  Responsibilities include: Ensure production machinery functions correctly and efficiently. Troubleshoot and repair pneumic, electrical, hydraulic, compressor, and vacuum systems. Work on motors, conveyors, AC/DC, and PLC troubleshooting. Will work with steam and boiler controls, and mechanical power drives. Perform predictive and preventive maintenance activities. Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures. Complete Timely and accure paperwork.    Wh you need to succeed: Educion: High school diploma or equivalent; Military training and/or Technical School preferred. Strong Electrical and Mechanical aptitude required with extensive troubleshooting experience. Experience with Troubleshooting in a Production/Manufacturing Environment. Operional knowledge of automed industrial machinery including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communicion devices, industrial / electronic controls and power transmission systems. Ability to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives. Able to install and troubleshoot basic 3 phase motor control circuits. Knowledge of the various types of sensors and limit switches. A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumic systems. PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving ability preferred. Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings. Must be fully computer litere with Microsoft environment. Excellent written and verbal communicion skills. Ability to work independently in a mure and professional manner. Ability to work overtime. Basic mhemical skills and basic technology/computer skills.
