Requirements Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications, while maintaining consistency in presentation and flavor. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, completing orders on time and to guest specifications. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and portioning as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure a sufficient supply of ingredients. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and communication. Participate in daily kitchen clean-up and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred. Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions while maintaining a high level of quality. Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency.
