Broad exposure to machining, inspection, and customer-facing quality activities Apply Now A growing precision manufacturer is seeking a Quality Engineer with aerospace experience to support daily quality operions, inspection planning and execution, documention, and customer-driven requirements as new work is won. This is a hands on engineering role th partners closely with inspectors, machinists, and the site Quality Manager to ensure product meets customer expections and applicable regulory standards. The role fits an engineer who likes solving problems on the floor, interpreting technical drawings, and improving process controls in a fast-paced environment. Quality Engineer Responsibilities Complete inspections, review job packages, and support product and process qualificion activities Support AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance through audits, corrective action support, and controlled document updes Interpret engineering drawings and customer specificions, including GD and T, to verify conformance and define acceptance criteria Support FAIRs, PPAP submissions, SCAR responses, source inspections, and other customer quality deliverables Partner with production to troubleshoot machining and inspection issues, investige variion, and drive containment as needed Maintain and improve QMS documention including procedures, controlled forms, and work instructions Support continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor under the direction of the Quality Manager Quality Engineer Requirements 3 to 7 years of quality engineering experience in machining, aerospace, automotive, or a similarly reguled manufacturing environment Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, industrial engineering, business, or other STEM aligned field Strong GD and T and drawing interpretion capability plus working knowledge of machining and inspection processes AS9100 or ISO 9001 experience required, NADCAP exposure is a plus Working familiarity with FAIRs, PPAP, corrective actions, SCARs, and similar quality engineering toolsets Comfortable working hands on in a smaller site environment with multiple responsibilities Clear communicor who can work effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams Stable tenure history with limited job hopping Compension and Growth Strong base salary with competitive benefits Opportunity to develop under an experienced Quality Manager a site with growth and expansion plans Broad exposure to machining, inspection, and customer facing quality activities Ability to build wide technical depth in a fast paced, multi h environment Relocion may be considered for a strong fit Apply Now
