My plaintiff’s personal injury law firm is looking for someone to start part-time with the expectation of 20 hours per week doing real, actual legal work including court appearances and some client contact. I would prefer to hire someone who has some experience clerking with a plaintiff’s side personal injury firm, but that is strictly speaking not necessary. What counts is that you have some real interest in doing litigation. I am willing to train you to do the work. Open to making this a full-time role if your performance justifies it. I will not ask you to cover court hearings where something of substance is likely to occur. Some work will be in office, but much can be done remotely.
