How you'll make an impact Job Summary: The Operions Optimizion Manager will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements to enhance operional efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting to the Director of Claims Transformion, this role will focus on optimizing workflows, reducing costs, and improving delivery, with a strong emphasis on the Gallagher Bassett (GB) claims payment process. The ideal candide will have a deep understanding of the current GB claims process for payments and will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions th align with organizional goals. Key Responsibilities: Evalue existing operional processes, with a focus on the GB claims payment process, to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement stregies to streamline workflows, reduce processing times, and enhance accuracy. Lead and manage optimizion projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Collabore with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Analyze operional da to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and present reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendions. Work closely with claims teams, IT, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integrion of process improvements. Act as a liaison between operions and other business units to align optimizion efforts with organizional goals. Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automion to improve operional efficiency. Partner with IT teams to implement and test new tools and systems. Develop training merials and conduct workshops to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. Manage change initiives to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions. About You Required: Typically Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrion, Operions Management, or a reled field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operions management, process improvement, or a reled role. Strong understanding of the GB claims process for payments is highly preferred. Proven track record of leading successful optimizion projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and organizional abilities. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Familiarity with claims management systems and payment processing tools. Exceptional communicion and interpersonal skills.
