This is a self-employment / 1099 position. 💰 Compensation: • Base hourly pay: $20 • Plus performance commissions • Strong performers can reach $60,000–$70,000+ per year Responsibilities: • Call insurance companies, contractors, and clients • Schedule inspections, contractors, and job timelines • Assist with water damage, roofing, siding, and interior remodeling projects • Support property damage claim coordination • Manage follow-ups and documentation Requirements: ✅ Valid Driver’s License (required) ✅ Ability to travel to job sites and offices ✅ Construction, roofing, siding, restoration, or mitigation experience preferred ✅ Property insurance claim knowledge is a strong plus ✅ No criminal record (we work directly with insurance companies) ✅ Strong communication and phone skills ✅ Organized, reliable, and professional Reliable vehicle required This is not an entry-level position.
