Summary: Performs duties to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment, building facilities, and grounds, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance. Highlights: 1. Troubleshoots and repairs production equipment and facilities 2. Performs preventive and predictive maintenance procedures 3. Maintains a safe and clean work environment Perform duties to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment, building facilities and grounds. This includes but is not limited to processing and packaging equipment.  Ensures operation of plant machinery utilizing both electrical and mechanical skills to troubleshoot equipment  Completes preventive/predicative maintenance procedures  Ensures duties of the position are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner  Controls downtime by completing needed repairs and part replacements in a timely fashion  Provides mechanical maintenance information by informing production workers of routine techniques, answering questions, and responding to requests  Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations  Contributes to team effort by performing other duties as assigned and needed
