Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a government locion, where you will monitor entry points, verify access, conduct routine prols, and remain visible to help deter security-reled incidents. Position Type: Part Time Pay Re: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed05:45 PM - 06:00 AMSun05:45 AM - 06:00 PM Wh You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or contractors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when approprie, emergency response activities a government locion. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identificion and authorizion, and document visitor, employee, and delivery access in accordance with post orders and facility protocols. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, escaling concerns through approprie channels and completing required reports. Conduct regular and random prols around assigned buildings, controlled areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity. Support daily operions by communicing clearly with site personnel, enforcing rules reled to restricted access, and reporting maintenance, life-reled, and other security-reled concerns. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in the ste where the job is loced. COLA DPSS/DHS tuberculosis test and MMR vaccinions are required. At least 6 months of security-reled experience is required. Be least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Be least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
