Summary: This role involves property maintenance tasks for various properties, offering flexible work for supplementary income. Highlights: 1. Flexible work with choice of coverage area 2. Immediate work available 3. Opportunity for increased work based on coverage We oversee several properties in the Cedar Rapids and 60 miles out. We have work ready to assign. These are properties that need to be secured, and maintained in Cedar Rapids. We can scale up from there. Typical service on these properties would start with the following, but can increase depending on what the property needs. INITIAL PROPERTY REVIEW Lock Change Grass Cut Shrub trim & Weed removal. Janitorial Winterization (Seasonal) Debris Removal Safety and hazard repairs This is not full time work, and is to be treated as supplementary income. You can pick and choose you coverage area, but we offer more work to those that cover a wider range. We are looking for a person that has their own tools and materials to complete this work, and reliable transportation. We require GL insurance, but can wait on this, until you are confident that it is cost effective. We do have work to issue immediately. ALL WORK REQUIRES PHOTOS.
