Summary: Seeking a self-starting individual for a part-full time maintenance role, responsible for unit turns, work orders, property improvements, and emergency maintenance. Highlights: 1. Diverse maintenance duties including painting, drywall, and flooring 2. Opportunity to handle work orders and property improvement projects 3. Requires a self-starter able to work independently or in a group Apartment maintenance management company is looking for part full-time help in the maintenance department. Duties will include but are not limited to. Unit turns consisting of Painting Drywall patching and texturing Light electrical Light Plumbing Some trim work LVT flooring installation and repair Lawn and Landscape maintenance Lock changes and re-keying Other duties include Completing work orders effectively snow removal in the winter Property improvement projects The ideal candidates will have a drivers license, their own vehicle and basic tools Some basic knowledge of HVAC system systems and appliances Be a self starter, who can work in a group or alone and be able to shift direction as needed to accommodate emergency maintenance situations.
