Summary: This role involves comprehensive project management, scheduling, and P6 administration, ensuring project success from contract award through completion with a focus on continuous improvement. Collaborate with teams, vendors, and customers for project success Construction Scheduler/Project Manager In this role you will… Upon contract award, create/build a project schedule in Primavera 6 Be the P6 administrator for user set up of new employees and training Maintain the resource list associated with the project server Be responsible for each project in its entirety, providing report, insight, and continuous improvement Ensure proper costing and tracking of such costs Interact daily with Operations to discuss project status, issues, potential delays Work with vendors to confirm availability and to monitor progress/completions Account for all aspects of the project, be proactive Review and sign off on all proposal schedules as needed Meet and exceed the expectations of the customer Comply with all state and federal regulations Follow company guidelines and customer requirements Serve as the main point of contact for the customer and for all P6 engagement Manage the scheduling, team, and safety of each project Evaluate current schedule performance and make necessary adjustments Provide information and advice as needed on the content, modification, or presentation of project schedules. Communicate and collaborate with team members and customers for the overall success of each project Be responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity. Own all reporting and compliance associated with each project Be responsible for the Schedule, Deadlines, Cost, Customer Service, Quality, Safety of all projects Have construction experience and job knowledge Have previous and proven schedule management experience Have working knowledge of Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project Demonstrate the ability to plan, organize and communicate internally and externally Pass a pre-employment drug test Must be able to legally work in the United States Lift 50LBs or more Travel to sites as needed Operate a computer, telephone and other commonly used business-related items Handle rapidly changing priorities to accomplish project goals Data Center experience a plus!
