About the Role This is not a traditional, siloed service desk role. We are actively seeking a candide who is well-versed in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Microsoft Intune-managed environments, while also opering effectively across desktop support, endpoint management, security compliance, and network-reled challenges. You will be expected to move fluidly across technical domains. This means owning problems end-to-end rher than handing them off—while balancing user experience, security requirements, and operional efficiency. This role is in support of a secure and enterprise scale environment with federally reguled compliance requirements. About the Candide We are specifically looking for someone who can: Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-reled issues, including device configurion, policy applicion, compliance failures, and software deployment Provide hands-on desktop support in an enterprise environment, including OS, hardware, and user-facing issues Diagnose and address network connectivity issues (e.g., access restrictions, firewall rules, DNS, VPN, IP/Port/URL filtering) Navige and resolve security and compliance-reled challenges, including endpoint hardening, policy enforcement, and audit readiness Opere effectively across multiple functions—including endpoint management, support, security, and asset management—without reliance on rigid team boundaries Required Qualificions Bachelor’s degree in informion systems or relevant field and 3+ years practical experience in the field. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Ability to obtain public trust clearance Ability to self-manage work tasks using M365 based tools Demonstred and proven ability to independently resolve issues, improve day-to-day operions with self-driven initiives, and opere with a growth mindset Hands-on experience administering or opering network access controls in the form of IP:Port or URL based filters Practical experience managing enterprise desktops within a Microsoft Intune managed environment Hands-on experience troubleshooting and administering Windows opering systems in an enterprise environment – ideally including peripheral device management, asset management, and VOIP operions Understanding and practical exposure with regulory controls, baselines, and security policies within an Azure Entra and Intune based environment with enterprise desktops and endpoints (CIS benchmarks, STIG, etc) Loced near Indianapolis, IN and willingness to be on-site in support of the mission If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
