Job Title: Program Monitor Reports To: Director of Operations FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Prepared By: Executive Director Prepared Date: 11/2025 Responsible for ensuring that all WRM guests, visitors, donors and volunteers are met with professionalism before guests check in, helping with any needs during their stay. Must ensure that all residents are always following WRM rules. Duties: · Ensure that all residents on WRM property are adhering to all policies and procedures. · Control access to property by signing visitors in on visitor log when needed · Report any suspicious incidents to management in detail. · Conduct regular and random patrols around the business building and perimeter. · Perform “intakes” for after-hours individuals seeking shelter. · Always report any safety related items to management. · Write nightly activity log. · Ensure all guests are wearing their name tags while on property · Walk grounds to ensure all doors are secured · Notify management of emergencies that may happen during a shift · Respond to onsite emergencies to assist with first responders · Ensure nightly bed counts are up to date and correct. · And all other duties assigned Qualifications: · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with residents, staff, visitors and, donors to the premises · Detailed understanding of WRM policies and procedures · Great ability to think on your feet. · Keen and observant eye to ensure any suspicious activity does not go unnoticed · Ability to act with integrity and in a professional manner · Qualifications cont. · Ability to operate equipment such as fire extinguisher, handheld radio, and other job-related equipment. · First aid or CPR certifications preferred WORK ENVIRONMENT: In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
