Pay Re: $22 per hour (plus tips) License Requirement: Class B with Passenger Endorsement Wh We Offer: Participion in and financial benefit from our shared employee ownership program Instant offers – standout candides can receive conditional offers immediely after their interview Gre tips for those who are eligible Consistent schedules For those who are eligible to enroll: Life Insurance For those who are eligible: Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Training and professional development opportunities Certain shifts eligible for shift differential Key Responsibilities of Shuttle Drivers: Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locions while adhering to all safe driving practices Perform the approprie pre-trip and post-trip inspections Greet each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage Provide pleasant customer service Demonstre knowledge of the facility and airport terminals Coopere with all team members to provide the best possible service May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management Comply with all applicable regulions and requirements governing operion of commercial vehicles Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Shuttle Drivers: Must be least 21 years of age High school educion or equivalent Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred Currently holds and is able to maintain a sisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook Currently holds a CDL and any applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to opere a commercial vehicle Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or ste regulions Can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records in compliance with the DOT regulions th require these skills Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage with or without an accommodion At The Parking Spot, we don’t just accept difference - we celebre and seek it.
