As a QA Analyst on the KeeperChat team, you will test and validate features across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android applications to ensure secure, high-performance messaging experiences. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary quality control resource for problem identification, resolution and own the quality business plan and continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure all QA/QC members enforce timely inspection/audit activities, documentation control and written reports.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality system and processes.
Set strategic direction for improvements and own implementations.
Responsible for the preparation and control of project quality system documentation prior to project commencement.
Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
Develop site-specific QA/QC procedures and manage the quality work performed by the company or its subcontractors on-site.
Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the Site QA/QC personnel - includes cost effective management of third-party vendors.
Provide continuous status updates of the regional area to the Corporate QA/QC Manager.
Participate in departmental and other leadership meetings as assigned by the Corporate QA/QC Manager.
Verify subcontractor quality requirements are specified to vendor and subcontractor documentation submittals through effective implementation of the Inspection Test Plan Process.
Actively participate in safety programs and demonstrate a commitment to a goal of ZERO injury or incidents.

Qualifications
Required
5+ years of experience in a leadership role with relevant quality inspections.
Current or previous certifications as a CWI or ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II or III in the RT, UT, MT, PT, or VT method with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in a construction-related industry.
Strong leadership capabilities – Must have the ability to effectively manage a group individuals working towards a common goal. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to interpret documents such as design drawings, specifications, building and welding codes, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to identify specification deficiencies and advise on RFIs.
Familiar with piping and component material standards including certification documentation in high purity piping systems.
Proficient in MS office and other company computer programs: Word, Excel, Bluebeam, ACC Build, Navisworks.
Preferred
ASME B31, BPVC Section IX, BPE, and AWS D1.1, D9.1 with some knowledge of tanks and pressure vessels.
Understanding of each of Murray companies’ trades (sheet metal, pipe fitting, process piping, plumbing, start-up)

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven Document Control Specialist to support our Quality Assurance team by managing critical product configuration documents. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our documentation, helping ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Do
Create and maintain bills of material (BOMs) and item master files in the ERP system
Manage and archive technical documentation, including PDFs, CAD files, and 3D assembly files
Ensure all documentation complies with Olea’s control procedures
Analyze BOMs for standardization opportunities across product lines
Develop systems for capturing configuration-related data beyond BOMs
Maintain data integrity across all product configuration records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues
Support additional quality documentation tasks as needed

Job Details:
Perform basic inspection of shipbuilding and ship repair work in accordance with established policies to ensure compliance with technical requirements
Performs other Quality Assurance tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager
Ensure correct materials and proper fabrication and installation procedures are utilized during production processes
Evaluate results from tests and inspections to determine acceptability with assistance as needed
Basic understanding and ability to research technical documents including engineering drawings, specifications, standards, test procedures, work instructions, NAVSEA Standard Items, and contract requirements

Computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and IFS Quality Modules a plus

Contract Compliance Manager
The Contract Compliance Manager (CCM) is responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors (IC). Essential Functions
· Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and In-House labor by
communicating client priorities and collaborating to solve problems.
· Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business.
· Communicate with Facility Solutions Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly
recap via email or phone message.
· Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if
not meeting service level agreement.
· Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
· Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and
procedures.
· Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.
· Other duties as necessary.
Requirements
· High school diploma required or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry.
· 2 years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or off-site
locations.
· Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
· Must be able to work at night – hours may range anywhere between 5pm – 2am (depending upon the specific needs on
any particular day).

Benefits
Compensation: Rate of pay will be $25 per hour, with a guarantee of 20 hours per week, and $100 per month for gas. City Wide employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis. You are also eligible to earn a $150 monthly bonus, based on client retention (after 60 days of employment).
Paid Time Off: PTO is accrued each pay period as determined by the state of California. You are eligible to use PTO after 60 days of employment.
Health Benefits (eligible after 90 days of employment, or once work becomes full-time): Our health, group life, dental, vision, voluntary life, disability, and supplemental plans begin on the first day of the month after 90 days of full-time employment and a minimum of 30 work hours per week.
