We’re a fast-growing podcast production studio in West Hollywood, looking for a skilled Audio-Video Podcast Technician/Engineer to join our team. This role starts flexible but can grow into a full-time position running the studio for the right person. $25/hr Location: West Hollywood (local candidates strongly preferred) Status: Part-time to start, flexible hours Growth: Opportunity to grow into a full-time studio lead/manager --- What You’ll Do -Operate and manage audio + video podcast recordings -Manage live streaming using ATEM Software Control + ATEM ISO workflows -Set up and run Blackmagic camera systems -Record and edit audio in Ableton Live -Edit podcast episodes and social clips in Adobe Premiere Pro -Troubleshoot tech issues quickly and confidently during sessions -Work with high-profile clients in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment -Build strong relationships, professionalism, and good vibes are a must What We’re Looking For -Solid experience with podcast production (audio + video) -Comfortable with Blackmagic cameras, ATEM switchers, and multicam setups -Skilled in Premiere Pro and Ableton Live -Strong instincts for troubleshooting, multitasking, and adapting in real time -Professional demeanor — we work with high-profile clients and big personalities -Fun, friendly, reliable, and able to keep the energy positive in the room -Must be dependable, on time, and able to maintain a flexible schedule -Ideally resides near or within a short commute to West Hollywood How to Apply Send us: -A brief intro about yourself -Your resume - Links to any relevant work (podcasts, videos, live streams, etc.) We’re excited to meet someone who loves podcasting, loves tech, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced studio environment.
