This role is responsible for operating punch press machinery to cut, bend, and form metal parts while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Operate electrically powered punch press machines to cut, bend, and form metal components Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules Install, align, and lock dies, punches, and fixtures in the press Load raw materials and properly feed materials through dies Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality output Perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication of equipment Follow all safety, HSE, and workplace procedures Requirements: High school diploma or GED Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred Knowledge of measuring tools and basic troubleshooting techniques Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with procedures Pay & Schedule: Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
