We are an investment company that remodels houses and properties. Applicants must be honest, hardworking, reliable, responsible, and dedicated to this position. If you lack experience in the following types of construction work, this job is not for you. We are looking for personnel knowledgeable in many aspects of construction, including: - Cabinet Installation - Tile Floor and Backsplash Installation - Framing - Drywall Installation, Taping, and Sanding - Trim Installation - Painting - Plumbing Work - Carpentry - Concrete Work - Stucco Work - Roofing - Irrigation and Landscaping - Door Installation - Basic Electrical Knowledge - Basic Plumbing, Electrical, and Patching Repairs Apply only if you have knowledge in these areas. We provide training, but only to bring you up to speed with our standards and practices. We offer six working days per week, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applicants must have a car/truck and tools to perform the job. We do not want contractors/companies; we need individual workers.
