POSITION TITLE: Lead Mental Health Technician (MHT IV) PAY RANGE: $27.50-$34.72 Per Hour REPORTS TO: Chief Nursing Officer DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: As with all levels of the MHW career ladder, the Lead Mental Health Worker also provides direct patient care to all patients with emotional or psychiatric disorders; supports therapeutic milieu; and ensures safety and well-being of patients.
