Picker / Packer job description: Job Title: Warehouse Picker/Packer (Rate $17/hr.) Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer with a strong interest in long-term placement. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals. Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on pick lists Prepare shipments by labeling, sealing, and staging packages Load outbound shipments onto carrier trucks (e.g., FedEx and UPS) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift Basic math and reading skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
