Summary: Seeking a Superintendent to oversee commercial interior and exterior remodel projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring quality and schedule adherence. Highlights: 1. Oversee commercial remodel projects from start to finish 2. Maintain tight construction schedules and quality control 3. Coordinate daily with Project Manager and manage site work We are looking to add a Superintendent position to our team. The position's primary responsibility will be to oversee commercial interior and exterior remodel projects from pre-construction phase through to final completion. The projects are commercial retail stores located throughout the San Jose Area. This position will require a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending on the needs of the project. Requirements and responsibilities include, (but are not limited to): -Oversee project site construction work. -Assist in construction work whenever needed. -Maintain tight construction schedules. -Ensure a high level of quality control is maintained. -Maintain security and safety protocols. -Must be able to coordinate and update the Project Manager on a daily basis. -Must have good verbal and electronic communication and record keeping skills. -Must be proficient in the ability to read drawings and associated construction documents.
