Engage in physical work and team collaboration We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Restoration Technician to join our team in the Los Angeles area. This is a hands-on position involving water damage mitigation, fire/smoke cleanup, demolition, drying equipment setup, and general restoration work. Responsibilities: - Water extraction and water damage mitigation - Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and other drying equipment - Removal of drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinets, and other damaged materials - Fire and smoke cleanup - Job-site protection and containment setup - Loading/unloading equipment and materials - Maintain clean and organized job sites - Take job-site photos and document work performed - Respond to emergency jobs when required - Work professionally inside customers' homes and businesses Requirements: - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Able to lift 50+ lbs. - Comfortable performing physical work - Dependable and able to show up on time - Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency calls - Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team - Restoration, construction, demolition, or water-damage experience preferred - IICRC certification is a plus, but not required Compensation: $24 – $30 per hour depending on experience.
