Opportunity to work with multi-family apartment community properties Position Summary: We are looking for experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians/ Groundskeeper for multiple positions. Full-time and part-time positions open. Temporary- On call - Temp to hire, get your foot in the door with multi family apartment community properties. •Maintenance Technician groundskeeper will handle routine maintenance repairs and prepare vacant apartments for move-in's by completing turnovers and make-ready tasks efficiently. Keep all common areas clean and may assist with grounds work as needed. Address resident maintenance requests promptly, coordinate with onsite teams and the community manager to prioritize service needs. Qualifications: • Experience 1-2 years in apartment, building or hospitality maintenance. HVAC certification a plus but not required. • Complete work orders effectively and have good customer service skills to work well with property managers and maintenance supervisors. • Repairing electrical circuits, switches, fixing or repairing- toilets, sinks, minor carpentry caulking of doors, windows, counters. • Servicing or installing light fixtures, blinds and appliances. • Own your own basic tools such as screwdriver, hammer, wrench, drill. • Dress code must own steel toe work shoes - boots. • PASS Drug testing, 7 year background check and must be authorized to work in USA. •Valid driver’s license or state ID and have reliable transportation. * Experience working in an apartment community is a plus. * OSHA certification a plus.
