Construction Laborer

Summary: This role involves physical labor, including digging, lifting heavy objects, and operating hand and power tools, requiring ability to work in small spaces. Highlights: 1. Engage in physical labor including digging and lifting 2. Utilize various hand and power tools 3. Opportunity to drive company truck and pull small trailer Duties include (but not limited to) performing physical labor such as digging, crawling, lifting, loading and unloading materials / tools / debris, driving company truck during working hours and be able to pull small trailer occasionally, using a measuring tape as well as hand and power tools, ability to lift 60-90 lb jackhammer, and proper use of PPE. Must be over 18 years of age, have a valid California Driver's License and good driving record (no DUI / able to be added to company auto insurance), and be able to fit/work in small spaces. Work schedule is Monday-Thursday "4/10's" beginning at 7:00am with ending time varying depending on the day's tasks. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour (overtime rate begins after 10 hours per day) and we offer 80 hours per year of PTO/sick time that can be used at your discretion, as it is earned/accrued weekly.
