Job Responsibilities * Operate CNC machining equipment including lathes, mills, routers, saws, punch presses, and other fabrication machines. * Load raw materials and unload finished parts from machines. * Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions. * Inspect finished parts using basic measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met. * Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate counts. * Package finished products for shipment. * Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance. * Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. * Work with teammates to meet daily production goals. * Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED preferred. * Previous manufacturing or CNC machine operation experience is preferred but candidates with vocational training or mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply. * Ability to read basic blueprints and follow written instructions. * Basic math and measurement skills. * Comfortable using hand tools and measuring instruments. * Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. * Must be available for overtime when needed. Physical Requirements * Stand and walk for most of the shift. * Frequently lift up to 40 lbs. * Work in a manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled. * Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
