




The R&D Mechanical Engineer I will be responsible for developing mechanical designs in CAD for detailed parts, master assemblies, production tooling, and manufacturing fixtures; working closely with cross-functional teams to define new product requirements and create implementation plans; fabricating prototype models and prototype tooling from developed designs; Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews and prepare for scale up in production quantities; and designing and performing tests to document and verify the design of medical products, both in simulation and wet lab setups; writing clear R&D experiment reports, manufacturing processes, and qualification procedure documents; sketching, creating, and drafting engineering documents and organize in an SQL based ERP system; writing requirements, Engineering Change Orders, design documentation, test protocols and test reports, and other duties as assigned. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent). Requirements: 3 months of experience in the job offered or related; other special requirements include: 3 months of experience designing and performing tests to document and verify the design of products; 3 months of experience working with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or similar design systems; 3 months of experience creating implementation plans, hosting weekly progress meetings, and publishing research; and 3 months of experience working with cross functional teams.
