Schedule 9:30 AM–3:00 PM Daytime availability needed throughout the week, including weekends. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional lunch, dinner, or special-event shifts from time to time. Responsibilities * Welcome guests and create a warm first impression * Manage reservations, walk-ins, and the waitlist * Seat guests efficiently and help maintain smooth table flow * Answer basic questions about the restaurant, menu, and reservations * Communicate closely with servers and managers during service * Keep the host stand and entrance organized and presentable * Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries * Help with light front-of-house tasks as needed What We're Looking For * Warm, friendly, and comfortable interacting with guests * Reliable and punctual * Organized and able to stay composed during busy brunch service * Good communication skills * Team-oriented and willing to jump in where needed * Restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but we're open to training the right person * Weekend availability is important Position Part-time / daytime front-of-house position Start:Immediately Hours:Approximately 9:30 AM–3:00 PM Location: La Marcha Tapas Bar, Berkeley Additional shifts may occasionally be available for someone interested in picking up more hours.
