We're a long-term ibogaine treatment facility located in Ensenada, Mexico (about 90 minutes south of San Diego) seeking a reliable, grounded individual to join our team as a live-in Program and House Manager. This role combines daily programming with sober living management to maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients in recovery. Location: Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico – this is a live-in position requiring relocation What you'll do: Facilitate and coordinate daily group activities, meetings, and programming Enforce house rules and maintain accountability among residents Conduct room and common area checks to ensure a clean, substance-free environment Mediate conflicts and address behavioral issues with firmness and compassion Monitor client wellbeing and report concerns to clinical staff Manage house operations including chores, schedules, and resident responsibilities Care for our resident dog Be a calm, authoritative, and supportive presence for clients during their healing journey What we offer: Private on-site housing in Ensenada Meals provided Monthly stipend The opportunity to live and work in a purpose-driven healing community You might be a good fit if you: Have experience in sober living management, recovery support, or residential treatment settings Can hold boundaries while remaining compassionate Are comfortable with accountability conversations and enforcing rules Value structure, integrity, and community Are looking for meaningful work over high pay Love dogs Personal recovery experience is welcomed but not required.
