Work in a multi-task, fast-paced environment with meticulous accuracy Capital Access Group, a leading U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loan program lender headquartered in the financial district of San Francisco, is seeking a team-oriented individual to join our company as a fulltime Loan Processor. Responsibilities will include providing support to loan underwriters throughout the loan analysis process. Such duties include entering applicant information into our system, performing initial financial spreads for underwriters’ reviews and assessments, preparing application packages for clients’ completion, collecting and tracking the items and completed forms, and providing other assistance to underwriters during their write-up process. The Loan Processor will also be interacting with our business development officers in their coordination efforts of the process with clients. The successful candidate will possess working experience in processing financial and other information into systems and communicating concise results to reviewers in multi-task and faster pace environments. Salary will be commensurate with level of demonstrated experience. Qualifications: - Two or more years in a commercial or related financial data application field. - Meticulous accuracy with entering business application information. - Excellent communication skills with immediate staff and management. - Ability to meet instructed or expected completion times. - Ability to work well in both independent and collaborative situations. - Experience in SBA real estate financing a plus. - A minimum of a Bachelor or comparable vocational degree.
