Join a company committed to integrity, efficiency, and exceptional service Escrow Officer – Palmdale We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer with strong leadership and business development skills to join our growing team in Palmdale. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage transactions from contract to close while leveraging existing industry relationships to generate new business. Key Responsibilities: Manage escrow transactions from opening to closing Review contracts and ensure compliance with instructions Coordinate with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers Verify title, taxes, loan funding, and closing conditions Present and conduct closings Develop and maintain a strong book of business Mentor and support escrow assistants Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of full escrow experience Strong knowledge of the closing process Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (RBJ experience a plus) About Us: DFPI-regulated escrow company serving Woodland Hills and Palmdale.
