Are you a licensed Real Estate Agent? Team up with me, KRISS MIRANDA and a strong, longstanding Brokerage (Century 21) today. I’ve been a successful Realtor since 2002. In my early years, I also had to find the right Brokerage for me. I was with Prudential, Coldwell Banker, eXp and Real Brokerage and find that Century 21 works best for me. I have been with cloud based agency such as Real, eXp and although they start off Agent’s at a split of (80/20), you have to pay $145-$185 to sign on with them. PLUS, you have to reach a cap of $14,000 - $16,000 which means you have to sell about 8-10 homes PER YEAR, before you can adjust your split- the worse part is, it always ROLLS BACK every year to 80/20 if you don’t meet the cap. PLUS, you have all these hidden “garbage” fees you still have to pay per month of $85, $85 for transaction/insurance fees, plus $500 escrow fees per sales transactions with eXp and Real Brokerage. These monthly fees are FOREVER!!! Sadly, with eXp and Real, they are a cloud based agency and there is no local office you can work out of- so you’re basically on your own and without an actual office to feed and work from. If you’re new to Real Estate, you will need training, tips, and you need to be around other successful Agents to get as much info you can to get from to help you get your feet off the ground and start running!
