Opportunity to learn new systems and processes quickly. We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Ops+Billing Clerk to join our team! This is a great fit for someone who likes staying busy, keeping things organized, working with numbers, and making sure the little details don’t fall through the cracks. You’ll support both our operations and billing teams with a mix of invoicing, equipment rental tracking, customer portals, spreadsheets, and general administrative work. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare and process customer invoices Upload invoices through customer billing portals Track equipment rentals, deliveries, pickups, and related activity Review invoices and supporting documents for accuracy Research and help resolve billing discrepancies Maintain organized billing and operational records Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and tracking documents Communicate with customers and internal departments when information is needed Assist with month-end billing and other projects as needed What We’re Looking For Previous experience with billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, logistics, transportation, equipment rental, or similar operations Comfortable working in Excel, Outlook, and online systems Strong attention to detail — especially when working with rates, dates, quantities, and invoices Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities Good written and verbal communication skills Someone dependable who can learn new systems and processes quickly Experience with customer billing portals such as Coupa or Retail Link is a plus, but not required.
