As a Stacker, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process by efficiently handling and organizing product boxes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Stacker Location: Elma, NY Pay Range: $17/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd What's the Job? Moving 12 lb. boxes from the conveyor belt to the pallets Ensuring accurate placement of boxes to maintain workflow efficiency Assisting with the organization and stacking of products in designated areas Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Following safety protocols and PPE guidelines at all times What's Needed? Ability to lift and move boxes weighing approximately 12 lbs. Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Willingness to follow safety procedures and dress code What's in it for me?
