The Armed Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including prolling a variety of locions. They preserve order while enforcing regulions and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Above average computer / technology skills needed.   Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed.  Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situions.  Must have gre tention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.  Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use approprie escalion. All candides must be willing to participe in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigion.  2 years of armed experience.  Must pass pre-hire testing assignment and shooting qualificion. Must have a reliable personal vehicle. Must have the legal right to work in the United Stes. Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. Must be able to provide the office with a reliable phone number where the officer can be reached all times (i.e. cellular). Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Must have a strong grasp of approprie and professional verbal/written communicion. Conflict resolution and de-escalion skills a plus. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. Must be able to conduct prols throughout shift. Must be comfortable conducting access control duties. Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable ste, county and municipal licensing and permit requirements for Security Officers.
