They preserve order while enforcing regulions and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Respond to emergency situions where rapid and effective judgment, approprie escalion and use of force is required. Work directly with law enforcement, government staffing and the community. Write detailed incident reports on unauthorized entries, suspicious activity, emergency situions, and any other observed issues.  Security screen all persons coming through the public entrance to ensure prohibited items are not entering facilities.  Monitor surveillance cameras.   Basic Requirements: 21 years of age or older.  High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months. Above average computer / technology skills needed - tablet, computer, or smartphone.   Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed.  Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situions.  Must have gre tention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.    All candides must be willing to participe in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigion.  Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable ste, county and municipal licensing and permit requirements for Security Officers. With or without reasonable accommodion, the physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly.  Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.  Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.  Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.  2 - 5 years of armed experience (Military, LEO, or Armed Security). Must pass pre-hire testing assignment and shooting qualificion. Must have a reliable personal vehicle. Must have the legal right to work in the United Stes. Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. Must be able to provide the office with a reliable phone number where the officer can be reached all times (i.e. cellular). Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Must have a strong grasp of approprie and professional verbal/written communicion. Conflict resolution and de-escalion skills a plus. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. Must be able to conduct prols throughout shift.
