Summary: Seeking a hands-on, reliable property manager/facilities contractor to support building upkeep and coordinate vendor services for a sports media agency. Highlights: 1. Our spaces are actively used by creative, production, and business teams, so we’re looking for someone who can help keep our properties in good working order and handle day-to-day facility needs as they come up. The Role We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable property manager / facilities contractor to support our buildings on a part-time basis. This role is best suited for someone with property management, maintenance, or facilities experience who’s comfortable being on-site, working with vendors, and handling practical building needs. The primary focus is property upkeep and coordination. There may also be occasional administrative or operational tasks related to property management. Flexibility is important—this role supports whatever is needed to keep the properties running smoothly. Responsibilities: Property & Facilities Support - Handle day-to-day property and building needs - Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests and repairs - Work directly with vendors, contractors, and service providers - Assist with minor property updates and hands-on projects when appropriate - Perform walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues or needed improvements - Track work orders, repairs, and service history - Maintain inventory of property-related supplies and equipment Vendor & Operations Coordination - Schedule and oversee vendor visits and service appointments - Communicate property needs clearly to vendors and contractors - Help track invoices, costs, and related documentation Administrative & General Support (As Needed) - Provide light administrative support tied to property operations - Help organize building records, invoices, and operational files - Assist with improving basic systems for tracking property-related tasks Requirements - Prior experience in property management, facilities, maintenance, or building operations - Comfortable being hands-on and working around properties - Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently - Strong communication skills and professional approach - Organized and able to keep track of ongoing tasks - Familiarity with Google Workspace preferred - Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Schedule & Pay - Part-time, flexible hours (a few hours per week on average) - Hourly contractor rate: $23-25/hour - 1099 independent contractor role To apply please respond to this listing with your resume and experience.
